Free English Vocabulary Games with Audio
Practise English words with Thai meanings, listening games and a printable retrieval activity for beginner learners.
Your learning goal
Recall five useful English words, recognise them by sound and use two in your own sentences.
Understand the idea
Start with meaning, then practise listening and retrieval. Word Match connects English and Thai; Listen & Tap asks you to recognise a spoken word. Kids English offers another route for younger learners.
A correct choice is only the first step. Cover the choices and recall the word, then use it to describe something nearby. Revisit a difficult word later instead of repeating only words you already know.
Audio in the main games uses the device speech service, so available voices vary. Test the speaker before class. A teacher can read the words aloud for the paper activity.
Worked example
- Thai clue: หนังสือ. Choose “book”, then say the word without looking at the choices.
- Use the meaning in a new context: “This is my book.” A learner who only remembers the answer position still needs to practise recall.
Try it step by step
- Play one short Word Match round at Easy. Write five words you want to remember.
- Open Listen & Tap. Listen before choosing, then repeat the word clearly.
- Close the game and tell a partner two original sentences using your words.
