Audio problems
For audio issues, include the course, lesson, word/sentence/activity, whether audio failed to start, stopped, loaded slowly, or played incorrectly, whether retrying helped, and the device/browser used.
Learning-content problems
Include the course, lesson or week, question/activity, the text you believe is incorrect, and what you believe should change. Reports are reviewed rather than automatically assuming either version is correct.
Account problems
Provide enough information to identify the relevant Catchie feature. Do not send your password.
Privacy concerns

Security vulnerabilities
Clearly mark the report Security Issue. Include the affected URL, vulnerability description, reproduction steps, potential impact, and technical evidence if available. Do not intentionally access other users' information or damage the service. See the Security page for responsible disclosure guidance.
