Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Educational purpose

Catchie provides educational materials, lessons, games, practice activities, classroom resources, and related learning tools. It is designed to support education and practice. Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise, Catchie is not professional certification, an official examination authority, or a replacement for formal academic assessment.

2. Public access

Public learning materials on Catchie are currently provided free of charge unless a page clearly states otherwise. Some areas are private, classroom-specific, or restricted to authorized users.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, classroom login, access code, or other authorization. Users are responsible for using authorized access, keeping login information secure, and not attempting to access another person's account or restricted information without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Catchie for legitimate educational and learning purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with the operation of the website;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • bypass access controls;
  • distribute malware or harmful code;
  • intentionally overload or disrupt the service;
  • scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service;
  • impersonate another person;
  • misuse student or teacher information;
  • manipulate scores, rankings, progress, or classroom records through unauthorized means;
  • use Catchie for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

5. Learning progress and scores

Catchie may provide lesson completion, game progress, scores, stages, achievements, and leaderboards. Technical problems, browser storage changes, maintenance, or software updates can occasionally affect recorded progress.

6. User-provided information

If you enter information into Catchie, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide it. Do not place confidential or sensitive personal information in public nicknames, public leaderboards, open text fields, or feedback messages unless it is necessary and appropriate.

7. Educational content

Catchie aims to provide useful learning materials, but educational content may contain errors or become outdated. Please report suspected errors through Report a Problem.

8. Availability and changes

Continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting or network problems, security events, third-party interruptions, or other technical circumstances. Features may change as Catchie develops.

9. Security

You must not deliberately attack, exploit, or interfere with Catchie in a way that harms the service or its users. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly through the Security page.

10. Third-party services

Catchie may use or link to third-party services. Those services maintain their own terms, policies, and availability conditions.

11. Intellectual property

Catchie branding, original software, interface elements, and original educational materials may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

12. Classroom use

Teachers, students, and schools should use Catchie in a manner appropriate to their educational environment. Teachers or administrators decide whether a particular activity is suitable for their learners and supervise classroom use where appropriate.

13. Disclaimer

Catchie is provided on an as-available basis. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but every feature cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every educational purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the service or its practices change. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the Contact page.
